The Dilithium Focusing Matrix makes it so the Ion Sniper should one-shot basically all non-boss mobs and the Plasma Shotgun to 1-2 shot basically all non-boss mobs. For my Ultimate Tinkers' Armor, here's my configuration: Hard Carbon Core (leggings core, chestplate core, etc), Lead Trim, and Steel Plates. This configuration would not be nearly as good, but it would have much higher durability, which is useful while leveling up the tool. Ideally, either one of these Tinkers' pickaxes would do better with a Supremium Pickaxe head, but if you have Prestige enabled, that may not be an option.
